• Prohibited Items: The sale or purchase of items that violate university policies or platform guidelines—such as illegal substances or weapons—is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in penalties.
• Designated Pickup Locations: All transactions should occur at safe, university-approved pickup locations on campus, following university guidelines.
• Communication Standards: Users must connect with sellers exclusively through our secure email system using their respective .edu university email addresses. Sharing personal contact information or communicating outside of this system is discouraged to ensure privacy and security.
• Behavioral Expectations: Users are expected to maintain respectful communication and responsible behavior. Activities such as scamming, harassment, or unprofessional conduct will lead to disciplinary actions.
• Bans & Suspensions: Violations of platform or university guidelines may result in temporary or permanent bans:
  • Temporary Bans: Minor infractions may lead to temporary suspension and a warning.
  • Permanent Bans: Severe or repeated violations—including fraud, harassment, or selling prohibited items—will result in permanent removal from the platform.
• Reporting Issues: Users can report suspicious activities or guideline violations through the platform. All reports will be reviewed by administrators, and appropriate actions will be taken.
• Rating System: After every transaction, buyers can leave ratings to ensure accountability and help others make informed decisions.
• Privacy & Security: The platform is committed to protecting user privacy. Personal information is encrypted, and all communications are secure. User information will not be shared without explicit consent.
• Guideline Updates: The platform may update guidelines to enhance safety and user experience. Significant changes will be communicated to all users.
